He's Just Not That Into You is a film based on the book that was based on a Sex and the City episode. So you can start to see who the audience is going to be here. It has an impressive cast, the chick from Big Love, that girl that was dumped by Brad Pitt, that guy that almost married J-Lo, the Hi I’m a Mac guy, etc..etc...
The book is meant to be a sort of honest wake up call to women by putting a mirror up to our own idiotic and juvenile relationship behavior. And the film gives us some examples like visual aids.
An ensemble romantic comedy with interconnecting incestuous relationships like a Woody Allen movie. Some work out, some don't and there are some comic laughs along the way. Now you know the whole story.
The film is entertaining based on the "it's funny because it's true" factor. But go see it with your girlfriends and not your boyfriend because he's just not going to be into this movie.
